Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi Doctor, I Think I have Scalp Psoriasis and a Small Dot on My Neck that confirms that it is Psoriasis. Don't Know which Stage is this. I don't know how it occurs but it is very irritating.

My skin is very dull and tanned , I want to opt for glowing skin what are the products should I used for daily routine for glowing skin .plz suggest

I ignored this spot thinking it to be a sign of a marker or pen but today I used nail polish remover and used it thoroughly over the finger but it is still not going There is no pain , irritation or cut over there What is this ???

I had mumps, then epididymo orchitis for which I'm still taking anti-biotics (Doxycycline 100, Trypsin & Chymotrypsin Tablets, HIME - LAC, HIME-10, Neurobion Forte). I was using a cream (Gabapentin, Lidocaine Hydrochloride & Baclofen Gel) on scrotum area for Epididymo Orchitis treatment and 3 days back I had red skin with bagged skin on scrotum which turned into blister and releasing some kind of liquid, and now it's total dry and dark and now peeling off. I took Citrizin for 3 days, and I need advice whether it has to be treated separately or if existing medicines will work the same way?
