Hello doctors over here I'm from Delhi The temperature now is 30 deg and during extreme summer it will go beyond 45 to 48 deg as well so would like to know what spf level of sunscreen I need to choose? If possible suggest a suitable sunscreen to me too thank you in advance.

I have a skin issue which has been diagnosed as an allergy and a fungal infection by a doctor and he prescribed me this medicine along with Bilastine 40 mg and Lycoberi along with some ointments.

Having These Type Of  Bumps From Last Three Weeks At First It Appeared On My Hands And Then On My Tummy Area . Later These Became More Red Dots ...I Took Permethrin 5% In Consultation With Chemist  And Now It's Flaky Bumps But It's Not Going Away Away And Sometimes In Night It Itches A Lot And It Becomes Dry As Well

From the past few days I have been using a winter cream product named NIVEA but my skin is now facing a lot of itching and it has become dry with very small small spots.. What can be done to avoid the dryness of the skin and itching problem...it is definitely a sunburn... Since I was using the winter cream in summer and that has reacted me I guess??
