Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

After getting married my mother has severe crack heel , no matter how much she clean and put cream on it her cracks never get well . We have tried to clean with hot water , steaming , keeping cracks in lukewarm for many minutes and put many lotions but nothing is working, she can't even go out without shocks .

I have a dry patch of skin on my right nostril that is flaky and is constantly oozing a clear liquid. It never seems to heal and the pus fries and hardens on it. Also my face in general has multiple patches of really tiny bumps that feels like braille. I am visiting a dermatologist tomorrow what should i expect?

As my skin has lot of open pores n acne scars n uneven skin texture n skin tone n have small bumps all over the face so wanted to start tretinoin

I'm applying clindamycin gel daily on my face once a day at night before sleeping  and wash in morning from 6 to 7 years as it keeps acne in control. Will it be very dangerous and cause side effects in long run?

My daughter had hair fall last year. The reason was not known shedding caused for 7 months. Had been to dermatologist and all blood tests came normal. It was due to stress of school and emotionally low as new sibling was born. This was what doctor concluded. Now hair fall is very minimal. But I see her strands are not healthy like before.
