Can i get rid of periorbital melasma permnently with sunscreen and skin whitening cream , it again come back after stop using of this. How can rid of this without any high cost treatment.

My hair density has reduced significantly in past 4-5 years. Dermatologist has prescribed "minoxidil topical solution usp 10 " and folirich serum for a month. There are lot of side effects mentioned for minoxidil and some people complain of more hairfall. Please suggest if minoxidil solution and folirich serum are safe to use and will not increase hairfall .

Hello Doctor I am a 35 year old female.My skin is dry and I had a lot of pimples 2 years back due to  which there are acne scars on my face .I find my skin so dull and spots are so pigmented and dark.please suggest some moisturiser to light my scars and my skin can be glowy.if I can use Cetaphil or any other cream.
