Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

A few painful acne keeps coming on my chest some specifically in the middle chest ... They are painful... Few feels under the skin bumps like ..all are at different sites but few are in clusters under the skin .. I request you to kindly share what could be the reason and what is the cause and I am really scared of. Image attached

A hard pimple like formation is there on my hand for the last 2 months. Taken Amoxicillin 5 days and cepodem 5 days for throat infection. Still the pimple not gone after taking antibiotics. No pain or itching.. pls. Find attached image. Pls advise what it is and will it go? Thanks

I have got a similar rash in the childhood and I don't really remember how it was treated. It is slightly dry, itchy and grainy. I had got it last year but it went away on its own overnight but now it doesn't seem to and has been there for 3 days and grown a bit. Can anyone tell me what is it and what can be done to treat and prevent it. Oblige.
