Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I started isotreteroin 30mg treatment for acne just yesterday, and took one dose. However, I took an antibiotic dose of tetracycline tonight - and I did not take the isotreteroin tonight. I just found out that the drugs can interact. Should I be worried or will this be OK?

Hello doctor my face has become dark itchy and it is feeling dry my face is looking very dull and dark
