Burning spots on nect ,arms ,back
Hi I am suffering from viral fever and currently undergoing medication but suddenly i also noticed that i have burning spots on my arms, neck ,back and jt is quite scary which looks like some insects bitten but not sure. Its dark red patches and when trying to remove, skin is coming out and leaves white patches. Would you be able to help me on medication to be used.for treating this and what kind of insect it can be or is it something else
