Dark spots on upper arms and back

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I have brown and black spots on my arms and back for quite a while now. They become lighter in the winter months and very intense under the sun. Waxing also makes them lighter but that could be a tan thing too. They don't hurt and compared to the rest of my body the hair growth is almost fuzzy
