Good morning, you can start using pure vit c serums along with vit c tablets as these have no adverse effects and these help in reducing your pigmentation to some extent along with improving the quality of skin. Suncreen and moisturizers regular usage is mandatory . A detailed examination of skin is required to diagnose your type of pigmentation and accordingly there are certain treatments which can target pigmentation like lasers and peels . i would suggest you to consult a dermatologist.

Good morning ! Start using the moisturiser and sunscreen. It is essential to use a sunscreen as it can reduce the pigmentation to a certain xetent and can prevent further darkening of the face. Since you have been using the creams for sometime, you can opt for procedures ,which when done by a dermatologist, will help in bringing down the pigmentation and can give you a skin with an even tone .I hope this answers your query !
Next Steps
The sunscreen has to be applied once in 3-4 hours especially between 7am-5pm irrespective of the climatic conditions and on all days !
