Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am having recurrent boils in my thigh and buttock area for past 2/3 months. I am non-diabetic but I have pcod. I went to a dermat and he prescribed me Augmentin Duo 625 thrice for 7 days. It healed but again when i got another boil on the exactly same place that doctor changed my medicine from Augmentin  duo 625 to Linezolid 600 twice daile for 7 days. boil on my inner thigh area got healed but i can feel a small lump remained without any pain and irritation. Then i consulted a doctor in practo and she prescribed me zifi-o cv 200 twice daily for 7 days and hifenac p twice daily for 5 days and mupi 2% ointment topically. As my boil got healed before taking this treatment i was just taking this treatment as a lump remained even after the boil healed completely. So the lump remained as it is now also aftwr completing the treatment. Is this lump not going to flattened ? Or it will remain a swollen scar for longer period? i already consulted so many docs pls give any suggestion.

In groun area especially intersection of legs and side of penile region there is always dirt deposit. When cleaned with soap and water it doesnt comes out but when dry then ragdo it then lots of mayl comes out like pulp. Need to do it dry. Any scrub to remove all Mayl of region at once?

I had first dermapen procedure for female pattern baldness 2 days back and I experienced heavy hairfall today, more than 100 strands which is not usual for me. I am also using minoxidil 5% and Verilich 5% daily in addition to finasterdine and densita. Please help if I should consult other dermat.
