Red spots on armpits
These red spots under the arm pit. No itching no discomfort. Just the rash. Had happened 3years back also. Applied momate cream and it went of. Again having this. Pls help what is this and what can I apply.

It's Fungus  infection....common around skin folds like thighs and genitals.. avoid sweating, sharing clothes,towels and soap.. specific medicine required depends on the severity.. for detailed prescription do direct online consultation
