Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My mother 63 yrs has dark blue spots all over body from last 1 month and it pains when pressed . She has undergone stunt placement surgery in heart 8 months ago . During the surgery she got clot in the brain as well. She is taking medication for both heart and brain. Is it something related to that? Or skin problem? Please suggest the suitable cure for this
