Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My wife always gets so much of sweating and them red red spots and itching in Palm specially in summer only. In other season it's normal and not an issue. Also, in some part skin becomes dry and gets rid off. Please suggest what to do?

I have been experiencing hair fall ever since I started college. Now I am in my third year and I think it's time to take some serious steps.
