Does having Minoz ER 65 for acne cause hyperpigmentation due to sunlight? I'm very photosensitive, will sunscreen help?

I am turning 50 this year and really worried about how to stay and look young . What kind of creams should I use . Which vitamin e cream should I use And any other things that you can suggest !

I applied a skin care or makeup product I don't know but suddenly I felt tiny bumps on my left cheek while washing my face. It remained the same for a month then suddenly it turned into acne, now the acne automatically reduced but I could still feel tiny bumps. It happened only on the left cheek not the entire face, how to cure this permanently.

Hello . Actually I have black lips problem . When I was born my lips were not black but I don't when it became black . Actually in whole childhood I used to lick my lips . I think that can be the cause .  And I don't have any habit of smoking also .  One thing also sometimes I suffer from vitamin d3and vitam b12 deficiency But I feel so embarrassed because .
