Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have MA since I was 10 years old and it has spreaded a lot everywhere. I have family history of MA and I also face gut problems. Is there any cure to this. Please reply?

Every day i was in sunlight Because of vitamin d was low doctor recommended me to outside every day But my legs are going changing skin colour So wt i will use to solve this problem

When i clean my oily hair with shampoo my scalp becomes dry in result the scalp produces more oil same with my face but i can moisturise my face after cleaning but what should i do with scalp

Last year I noticed that I was having dark circles and fine lines around my eyes. So I consulted a dermatologist and she advised me to apply melalumin under eye serum. So I have been applying it for the past 4 months. After applying melalumin under eye serum for 2 months I couldn't see any results. Again the dermatologist advised me to apply almond oil under my eyes before sleep. I have been applying almond oil as she advised for the past 2 months but not a significant change is seen. I don't apply sunscreen as I don't step outside house during the daytime. Should I apply sunscreen or make some changes by applying other products? Please suggest me. I am 19 years old female.

From almost a year now, I have extremely flakey and itchy scalp. It reduces and increases again. With sweat it aggravates a lot. This has lead to flakes behind my ear too. What is the solution for this? Any medication is required or will it go away with time? I have tried a medicated shampoo for a while called keraglo AD, but my hair starts falling after usage hence stopped.

I have got red bumps with itching on my thigh on my hip side. It itches and after it redness with thin bumps appears. Plz suggest. Attached is a picture. Will Attarax work in this l?

I got pimples on forehead and inside my hairline also not too deep but on border between my hairline and forehead and my hair are getting less growth in that area in my hairline, and I am currently applying ice over pimples, some suggestions to get it better again and should I bath with soap like Dettol which I use and hair oil like सरसो का तेल , some free advice
