I am diagnosed with pearly penile papules and the doctor(renowned and in posh locality) has told me I can get it removed for aesthetic reason with RF cautery. But the cost to remove is quoted as 8k. When asked why such high cost then he said that it is because the machine, he is using ellman machine (usa approved). On the other hand I enquired to another dermatologist(less renowned ) he said he will remove them using Rf cautery for 3k. My question here is that can the machine type used will change the results.
