Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

This started around one month back and hasn't happened to me ever before. The skin on my lips and around my mouth becomes very dry. Not like chapped lips, but the corners of my mouth cracks and becomes painful and my lips become numb (when i touch it feels like there's a smooth dry layer on top). I tried Boroplus and Boroline, it heals for some time and returns again after stopping. I am taking iron, B12 and D3 supplements regularly. My recent blood test of B12, D3, TSH, T3 and T4 was normal. I have PCOS but symptoms are under control. My cholesterol was borderline high and HbA1C was 0.1 outside normal range. What could be causing the lips/mouth dryness and how to stop it?

My skin feels very oily and sensitive, I used Cetaphil, loreal , minimalist 2% salicylic acid facewash, even after washing it still feels oily. Please recommend a good facewash.

So, I have been facing hair fall for 6 years now and hair on my scalp, beard, mustache, eyebrows and on chest are turning to white because I have this allergy which I am unable to identify what kind of allergy it is, I have consulted two dermatologists one of them said it is fungal infection and she game me finasteride and Cipla 8x shampoo, until I used those I didn't had much problem but now it is spreading fast and almost 60% of my hair are lost. I am attaching photos of my scalp after a haircut. Please help me identify the problem and how to treat it.
