There are many acne in my body and also have pimples in my face and I do not the exact reason. This is very painful. My diet is very simple, I am not eating fast foods and all. Please tell me the reason and the solution to get rid of.

My outer lips were feeling dry and felt like it had tiny tiny bumps that usually appear during summer time. But that healed after i applied candid dusting powder but now there is one round spot on right side of my upper lip which is dry cracked and skin is peeling off but not entirely and it burns a little. Also its causing tiny red itchy dry bumps around my mouth and chin. And sometimes these dry rashes have clear water comes out of it and then dries up. I checked my lipsticks, none of them were expired, and i was applying only vaseline or boroline all this while. Even now i apply dusting powder overnight hoping it would heal the crack but it only temporarily works.
