I just got done carbon laser resurfacing done for my accident scar on forehead. I did it on 5th april and now my skin looks white ( like hypopigmented) as shared in the below image. Will this go away

Due to heavy sweating black color warts are spreading aound neck and small under eyes area. Would like to know treatment or medications for the same? Thanks in advance
