Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

It's been a very long time but it's getting out of hands I'm done scratching my head what can i do to get rid of it?

Last year I noticed that I was having dark circles and fine lines around my eyes. So I consulted a dermatologist and she advised me to apply melalumin under eye serum. So I have been applying it for the past 4 months. After applying melalumin under eye serum for 2 months I couldn't see any results. Again the dermatologist advised me to apply almond oil under my eyes before sleep. I have been applying almond oil as she advised for the past 2 months but not a significant change is seen. I don't apply sunscreen as I don't step outside house during the daytime. Should I apply sunscreen or make some changes by applying other products? Please suggest me. I am 19 years old female.

From almost a year now, I have extremely flakey and itchy scalp. It reduces and increases again. With sweat it aggravates a lot. This has lead to flakes behind my ear too. What is the solution for this? Any medication is required or will it go away with time? I have tried a medicated shampoo for a while called keraglo AD, but my hair starts falling after usage hence stopped.

I applied a skin care or makeup product I don't know but suddenly I felt tiny bumps on my left cheek while washing my face. It remained the same for a month then suddenly it turned into acne, now the acne automatically reduced but I could still feel tiny bumps. It happened only on the left cheek not the entire face, how to cure this permanently.
