I have chicken box marks on my hands and legs from past 6-7 years what should i do or apply to remove them?

I have had perfect skin always but few months ago I turned 18 and my skin is in its worst state I have horrible acne now my pores look much worse my hairs have also changed quite a bit now they are more drier at the ends and oiler on scalp Idk what to do It's breaking my confidence Recently I have been trying to increase my protein intake so eating a lot of curd soy eggs panner nuts etc Should I change my diet or skincare routine what to do ?

I have having fungal infection and my skin become Pink and start itching. Generally Itchy bumps filled with clear liquid and start itching. Sometime there is not water and skin became pink and start itching. I'm using terbinaforce plus NF cream. It's giving the some relax but without permanent solution. I observed that EGG create more problems. I stop taking egg as well. I'm working in Saudi Arabia. One doctor advise me to use " Tebinafine tablet IP 250mg" when I start taking this medicine my stomach became unhappy. So I stopped it. I need your best advice as I'm suffering with itching. Hello, Im facing hives since 2 weeks which isn't getting controlled by anti itching medicines prescribed by local physician...it spreads all over body at night despite consuming the pill and wont let me sleep thus making me hard to attend classes too.. can anybody help or is it good to visit a dermatologist?

I was prescribed 8x shampoo/scalp plus shampoo along with protar K . But the chemist gave me 8x KT shampoo and I am unable to connect with my dermatologist so can It be used instead of 8x or scalp plus ? Or should I change it ?
