Hello all I've been suffering from heavy hairfall recently..it was earlier also but now it is so much for me..every time when I'm combing or either I'm running my hands through hair..both the time they are falling. I'm 4 months postpartum right now... sleep deprived.. difficult to get 6 hrs sleep without disturbance. Not taking any supplements as of now. Please suggest what to do..I have taken HAIRBLESS tablet 2years backs after my 1st delivery my gync suggested to me at that time.. should I restart the same. thank you

I have these small white papules under my glans and they are there from 10 years, they do not cause any pain,puss nor do they grow nor lessen in number. When consulted to dermatologist he said that they are pearly penile papules and we can get rid of them(aesthetic reason) using RF cautery method. They are around 20 papules and will cost me 8k to remove them which I think is too much. Please let me know what should be the ideal cost to remove them. Also will there be any scarring on glans after removing them.I am attaching some photos of it for your reference.

So is it advisable to coat 1 over other? Episoft is chemical sunscreen Acne uv gel is physical and chemical sunscreen (Both are dermat suggested)
