Hi i have full of dandruff & red color patches on the scalp. while consulted one doctor doctor gave levo citrizine tab & mofacort lotion , coal tarr shampoo another doctor said dint use them as it contains steroid & coal tar cant be used many days. he prescribed below salisia kt shamoo flucanazone tablets weekly once candid b lotion 2 times a days kindly advice which one to use. thick layer of redness is present in scalp . is it curable ? many tild dont use steroids , please advise

4year back I stop use steriod cream. but my pigmention not going ...I take peels or laser not going pigmention...can I use skin shine cream 2to 3 weeks after that i can use vitamin c ...it's possible...

About 3 months ago I asked here about my increasingly severe psoriasis. Many doctors here replied about Biologics. But unfortunately, none were from Kolkata so I couldn't consult them physically. I went to a big name dermatologist here and he did prescribe biologics, but at over 10000/ month, it's beyond what I can afford at this point. So are there any affordable Biologics injections? Something to just reduce the patches. I don't need them fully gone.

Hello, I am currently taking Dr Su's Hair DHT(1-0-1) and Gluta Glow tablets(1-0-0) along with Limcee Vitamin C 500mg capsule(1,0,0). I consulted a dermatologist for white heads and pigmentation around nose and chin, I was prescribed Sotret 10mg capsule and to be consumed every night. Could you please let me know if I continue sotret tablets with DHT,Gluta glow and Vitamin C capsules? Please find the Gluta Glow &DHT  tablet details attached. Would appreciate your help.

My husband used to have severe dandruff. His head used to get covered with flakes and his beard eyebrows everywhere he had dandruff. 2 years ago he was prescribed ketafung CT shampoo mixed in equal quantity with sebowash and wash hair daily. He is asked to use this for life time. Is is safe to use these shampoo daily for such a long time as we realised sebowash has steroids. Please suggest what can be done

I have been getting hives frequently for last few days . I have developed severe rashes and redness around my limbs, back and chest . I took allegra, momate cream, lactocelamine ,predmet etc . The hives will subside . But it again returns at night for some reason . I have restricted my diet and stopped consuming milk products, dairy products , sea food . Can it be because of weather ? Whenever I am sitting in front of a cooler it gives some relief. Please suggest if any blood test is recommended

This is chicken pox right? I am taking valcyclovir 3x a day(1gm each). Then why so many bumps coming up. I am scared. I hope this is not any bacterial infection. I showed it to local dermatologist he said chickenpox. How do i deal with this situation? I am scared! Also, i never had chickenpox before. Apart from that i have lymphadenopathy in the side of my back nexk(cervical) is that normal? I never had this and i am alone at home. I am very much scared and crying. Please guide me the next course of action
