Dryness on eyes
Hi doctor
My son,10 yrs old is often facing this issue where there is dryness around his eyes which is scaly with slight itchy . It comes often where doesn't go out much in sun.

He uses dermadew baby soap, Sofidew moisturizer lotion at night, lotus kids sunscreen lotion spf25 in day.
Kindly tell what is it ? Why this occurs ? What is the treatment for this? Any creams and soaps or to continue the same? Any home remedies
