Facing dryness and itching

Facing dryness and itching all over my private parts...seems like a fungal infection. Tried so many creams and anti fungal talcs but no help..facing this issue from last 3 months

This is tinea cruris (fungal infection of groin area abd skin folds). You need proper treatment, try getting online dermatology consultation.. it also seems you are applying some steroid based cream considering the redness currently
