Hello dr I have acne marks on my cheeks and also having 1 0r 2 active acne or pimple on face . Plz suggest a cream to clarify my face

I have several flat red on my body which comes & go these do not itch and flat is this Petechiae ?? Also sometimes i feel dizziness when i walk Picture attached..

Firstly there was simple dot dot type something and that was itching...after 2 months there was felling rash type and increasing...what is this is it something serious problem? Plz help...

Yesterday a red pimple came up on my bicep adn today its filled with fluid type blister which is not itchy but painful to touch. Also on my finger as you can seee in the pic there's a whitish thing which is tingly/prickly when i touch it. I showed it to local dermatologist he wrote pompholyx. And i am prescribed cefpodem xp for 6 days +angelskin ac ointment. As i am a recurrent user of antibiotics due to recurrent throat infection, just wanted to be sure thet i start the antibiotics. Initially i thought its herpes but my igg is still negative and igm is positive despite not having any infectious contact. Attached the photos.

I am having these kind of rashes from 2 months and even after taking the below mentioned medicine properly not much improvement is there I was prescribed to take the tablet 5 times a day for 5 days and apply the lotion 🧴 3-4 times a day, same for the cream What could be the cause for it.. And please prescribe me some medicine which can cure this History of illness:- I am taking flunil 10mg and benfomet plus 1 tablet a day for my OCD since last 1.5 years.

Some time back I have noticed that I start to loose hair which started with beard and then it spred to my hairs . Did consultation with local dermatologist and did saw some progress and the hair in beard grew back , but my the spot in head in showing no improvements . I was first talking following medication 1.
