Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Around 1.5 months back I had a minor run in with a motorcycle coming from the wrong side while crossing the road. The motorcycle rammed into me, fortunately the impact was slight as the rider managed to break at the right time. The impact was felt in feet and knuckles. There wasn't any major pain or discomfort. The scar from the impact is still visible (refer images). I'm not worried about the aesthetic of the scar but whether the persistence of the scar could be an indicator of some condition or deficiency?

Hi Dr From past 3 days i have some rashes(around at 5 places. 4 at front side and one back side) on left side on the rib below chest and between abdomen. I feel light burn sensation and pain on left side. When my clothes touches that part also i feel a light pain or burning sensation. If i sleep on left side also the same. Its only on left side.
