I got chickenpox rash on Saturday, i started medication the same day. Today is day 3 and my entire bidy is covered with red bumps. Is that normal? Isn't the medicine prevents the red bumps from occurring? I am on valacyclovir 3x a day. 3gms total. And also one more query, I unknowingly before disgnosis had rubbed this spot with my towel during bathing. It has become scabby like this. Is this normal or an infection? Please guide me.

I have been facing chickenpox since past 3-4 days. 2 days back when i didn't know i had chickenpox, while bathing rubbed the towel near my eyebrow and it burned.
