Is PRP safe and effective option for hair transplant? I have been prescribed minoxidil and hair supplements but results have been below average.

My mother had itchy bumps on her skin everyday , it can be anywhere in the skin and it happens suddenly , we got some allergy medication like bellasure 40mg ,it use to help initially but now it doesn't even last 24 hours to help with such itching and bumpy skin (it looks like some bug or mosquitoe bite ) I know you all will say consult wit you guys but for god sake can you give an honest advice from your experience what it can be ? Hello Doctor, Good Evening, I'm 26 years old. I've been using tretinoin 0.025% for more than a year now and it has worked like magic for my skin. I use it every night and follow up with sunscreen the next morning. My skin during the initial months and sometimes in between used to get dry or I would get a tretinoin burn around my lip area. However now my skin has adapted really well to tret. I actually wanted to start with an AHA, BHA PHA exfoliator. I wanted to understand if it is safe so use acids along with tretinoin. I consulted my dermatologist and she suggested I use the acids twice a week and the rest of the days use my tretinoin. Just wanted to have a second opinion on this. Thanks!!
