Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Is there any treatment for strawberry legs? I don't know what caused it but it seems like I have had it for years and it's not going away.

I dont know what it is exactly but what to know how can i clear this few of them i have from my childhood days as nail marks

This rash comes and goes. Mostly it's flat but when applied makeup it becomes swollen and itchy. What is this infection and to cure it. Can anyone explain?

I had used occupol dx ointment containing dexamethasone  for blepharitis intermittently for 3-4 months.4 months after stopping ,I started developing white patches around both eyes. It's been around 5 months  since then and iam using tacrolimus as per another doctors advice and there is around 40% repigmentation. Is this  side effect ie.hypopigmentation completely reversible ?how long will it take to repigment completely ? I have attached picture for reference.

Redness along with pain and swelling in old wound back from 2013.. id it something concerning. The history of the wound was it happened due to accident was at the verge of converting into gangrene was saved in time. But swelling remained and muscle tention was there . Now it is acting up again
