I have extensive alopecia areata now one doctor recommend dexona and the other betnasol forte which is better and more effective?

I got allergic rashes on monday and it has been spreading since then. Today is fifth day but the rashes are increasing and very itchy. I took anti histamine tablets but it's not working.
