Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Having few spots (nonitching) in hand. Can anyone advice me what it is? Is there any medication to treat this?

I am a 29 yr old female I have got fungal infection in my groin area since 14 th April. This is the 3rd time i got it earlier was in 2016 and last in september 2022. I am using itaspor dusting powder, fluka 150 mg tablets and fungizee t cream as given by the doctor for last time's infection. The rashes and swelling have subsided but itching, burning and pricking is still there. Last time I was breastfeeding so the doctor gave me low power medicines which took me around 2 months to heal completely. I am not comfortable going out to a doctor here as I don't find any good ones in this area. The very first time i got the infection I was given itratone which helped me really well the doctor was in Mumbai. I have lost the prescription and don't remember the dosage properly. I wanted to know the dosage of itraconazole medicine to get rid of this infection.

Hi, can you please advise if using Minoz BPO ER 65 for treatment of pimples cause hyperpigmentation as im prone to skin darkening easily in the sun. Can it be prevented by using a sunscreen?
