Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Dear Doctor Please advise what is the long term side  effects of using hair serum and face serum And what is the general side effects of stopping use of hair serum and face serum. No current medical indication on face and hair.

As a men he is not aware of proper skin care. As he has his wedding ahead so what should he do for a glow up, or what skin treatments pr facials he should do and when should he do this . He has his wedding in July.

Hello Doctor, Am Ramya from Bangalore, my question is eating sliced bananas by adding milk and sugar causes vitiligo? One of my niece and cousin was suffering from this skin issue , their parents suggested not to give that combination to my kid. Is that fruit  really causes vitiligo while eating with milk?. These red spots under the arm pit. No itching no discomfort. Just the rash. Had happened 3years back also. Applied momate cream and it went of. Again having this. Pls help what is this and what can I apply.
