I had spacks last 8 years then in 2022 i had done lasik surgery & after that I found a dark skin outer if eyes . What cream/gel useful for this?

I am taking schizophrenia medicine but I also have fungal infection from 10 years it is not curing is schizophrenia medicine reason for infection not curing my sugar is normal and I don't have any other disease I am taking treatment for infection but no result

I have naturally dry and coarse hair. Also looks dull. I keep my hair short - cut once every 5-6 weeks. I use OTC / mass brand shampoos and hair oils and have not used conditioners. My hair is dense and I've not had any other problems with my hair. My questions is - what can I do to make my hair look darker(as opposed to dull) and smoother. I don't want to sit through procedures / treatments. I'm looking more for products I can use. I'm not sure if I should be using conditioners given my short hair.
