Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

From few days I am suffering from itching on private part . Also getting some small red pimple . Please help for my problem !

I got pimples on forehead and inside my hairline also not too deep but on border between my hairline and forehead and my hair are getting less growth in that area in my hairline, and I am currently applying ice over pimples, some suggestions to get it better again and should I bath with soap like Dettol which I use and hair oil like सरसो का तेल , some free advice

I applied a skin care or makeup product I don't know but suddenly I felt tiny bumps on my left cheek while washing my face. It remained the same for a month then suddenly it turned into acne, now the acne automatically reduced but I could still feel tiny bumps. Hello . Actually I have black lips problem . When I was born my lips were not black but I don't when it became black . Actually in whole childhood I used to lick my lips . I think that can be the cause .  And I don't have any habit of smoking also .  One thing also sometimes I suffer from vitamin d3and vitam b12 deficiency But I feel so embarrassed because .
