Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

From almost a year now, I have extremely flakey and itchy scalp. It reduces and increases again. With sweat it aggravates a lot. This has lead to flakes behind my ear too. What is the solution for this? Any medication is required or will it go away with time? I have tried a medicated shampoo for a while called keraglo AD, but my hair starts falling after usage hence stopped.

I applied a skin care or makeup product I don't know but suddenly I felt tiny bumps on my left cheek while washing my face. It remained the same for a month then suddenly it turned into acne, now the acne automatically reduced but I could still feel tiny bumps.
