I am having white dry spots in my face only from last 15 days I have used many homeopathic ointments but still it is spreading in my face can you please help me with the tablets or ointment

I am facing hairfall issue , whenever i comb my hair in the morning atleast 50 60 strands fall , i could see hair strands everywhere in house and in office too , its really embarrassing and uncomfortable.
