Is it ok to take caldikind granules daily or weekly? I was not recommended vitamin D tests. The doctor wrote to take 1 teaspoon of the medicine daily and to take once a week with milk. The doctor is rarely online so I cant ask her.

I went to the dermatologist today for the first time for pimples. He told me that these are because of white heads and blackhead on my face and prescribed me products. Now I am confused as to what to apply in the morning before make up. Should I apply the moisturiser before make up as well or only at night?
