Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My sisters 2 year old kid has developed some red itchy rashes throughout the body and always itching .what can it be and what should be done next.have attached the picture but difficult to notice in picture.can be seen only when zoomed.

So I have been taking tablets for my skin which is recommended by professional doc , so 4 at night and and 3 at mrng and I have been taking biotin+DHT blocker tablets daily 1 in mrng so I have a question after how many min of eating i should take my tablets and time period of gap between taking tablets

I have a problem with pimples, and I want to use a salicylic acid face wash, but I experienced purging with it. The breakouts that occur after purging last for a long time. I want to avoid this purging problem. How can I use salicylic acid face wash without experiencing purging?

Hello doc, can I use a combination of tretinoin and minoxidil for receding hairline?? And overall my hair has become so thin from the last few months,I have thyroid also but that is under control by taking thyroxin 50 mg. Pls suggest something for thick hair and receding hairline.
