Pores , acne and black hair in it , skin look dull , how can i take care , and can i take steam in pores skin? if yes then how many times

Respected doctor, today i visited the barber for haircut, after haircut went back home, my wife notice patch back side, went to the barber, he said this is due to fungal infection. I felt he cut my hair wrongly.

I have been noticing my neck lately and it has extreme tan behind and the surrounding areas. Can someone suggest some measures or medicines to reduce that as its highlighting a lot compared to my skin color.

Hello doctor 10 Days before I had attended a family wedding because of which I had worn tight petticoat for continuously 2 to 3 days. My daughter was sitting on my lap and because of which I could feel the petticoat tied very tightly near my stomach(for information) Some time later I recognised a red blood blister on stomach skin near to the place where I had worn petticoat. Since we were heading off on a vacation to Andaman I didn't keep an eye on it. We also did some water activities at Andaman (for information) Now yesterday when I am back I noticed having something like this (images attached) at the same place where I had blood blister. I don't know if it's the same red blood blister which has changed or it's something else. Please find the photos attached for reference and guide me.

I have vitiligo from last 9 years. Consulted different specialists and have taken almost all medication which has very less impact. Phototherapy is the only thing that worked perfectly however with the lifestyle I have, going to hospital 3 times in a week has become difficult . Could you please help me with a good NV UVB phototherapy machine/lamp to buy so that I can continue this treatment at home. Also, if someone can help me with the jules count or whatever pattern the lamp works with to adjust the light for phototherapy. I am impacted with this starting below my waist area till my calves . Please let me know something where tubes can cover front and back body completely. Would prefer something with tubes rather than those hand held lamps . Thanks

After washing my hands this is happening with my skin... plz check n tell whats going on? Very rough n bit painful I wash my hands thrice after eating food- first with dettol handwash n then with johnson soap.
