Hi Dr, Dr prescribe me logifeel cream for my black neck composition is Glycolic acid nd urea both 10% I used only 2 day's but my neck becomes full red nd it's burning so much it becomes like my skin cutted what to do?? How to use it??

I am getting small small skin tags all over body..like face, neck, chest...please let me know the reason why it is happening..do I have to go for any test..

I have allergy, hereditary (sneezing ), i drank enough water,and have enough sleep daily, and have oily skin, can you suggest me a good cream for the dark circles.? and a good face wash for my oily skin..?
