Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Pls help a dark brown patch on my eyelids and under the eye. It's is very visible to others. It comes within last 4 months. My lipase is around 90 and post prandial blood sugar is around 180. I have recently done an ultrasound everything comes normal.  Does this patch related to anything else or just skin condition. I have recently changed my power glasses twice pls consider this too.

I am resin artist and works with resin ( type of chemical) . i wear latex gloves but sometimes resin do get on my hands. i remove it with isopropyl alcohol. since past 2-3 weeks my hand are gradually turning dark. now it is completely black and is still increasing , please tell me what might be the reason and what is the solution i am cery tensed. adding images below
