Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

1.5 year old baby girl has red tiny boils around mouth. And after drying it becomes white patch and it is rough to touch. It is not painful for the baby. It is not going away from 3 weeks. Pls suggest if I have to wait for it to heal by itself. Or consult and provide treatment.

Hi. I have so many moles on my body since my childhood. The ones who are there since childhood have been growing as i am growing. Some of them are raised while some of them are flat. Lately, one of those moles that's present below my navel is itchy, i can see the dry skin. Is it normal- color and size? I have other bigger moles too but this one is just so weird in color and all. Others are raised and totally black. I am freaking out thinking this one is cancerous.

Got open pores and hyperpigmentation with acne on forehead . Also have dark circles. While touching skin feels rough.

I visited plastic surgeon who diagnosed 3*2cm nodule on back (upper torachodosal area tendon+) and it is seb cyst. Ask me to get it removed. My family member has history of cyst which convert to colloid. So he doubt it can be converted to colloid or it can be not as i am muscular and usually at this location colloid may not form. Is this something i should remove immediately? Or shall i wait for winter season? Also he said that there will be hole after removal. Can someone guide from my description?

I was prescribed Tretinoin 0.05 % for acanthosis nigricans and it caused contact dermatitis and those areas got a little dark. I have been using olesoft max cream to treat dryness and itchiness and it has soothed skin but how to cure that discoloration caused due to dryness?? Should I use tretinoin again and how to proceed with it to cure discoloration?

I have a tender sebaceous cyst near my scrotum it seems there's pus inside...is there any homeo or any antibiotics to cure the same . There seems to be a mouth for it ...I had it few months back but it went off in due course. It seems like a large boil but area around it is feeling like a lump

After using clobetasol for almost 45 days i stopped using it.since then the colour of my glans has become lighter.its been 8 months since i stopped using it still the colour has not came back to normal.And my glans feels burning when i wear tight clothes and my underwear rubs against my glans or if i sweat then it burns otherwise its normal.
