Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

No swelling but smelly and white discharge. Burning sometimes while peeing, itching sometimes aswell.

I have dark spots on my face and hyperpigmentation around mouth area . I have acne issue too. I have PCOD. I took Krimson 35 in the past. But currently, I do not take any medicine.

I got a red patch on my chest 10 years back after i used a razor, since then it's there. Not painful, only itchy if contact with sweat. The patch grows with any inflammation food or alcohol and comes back to normal with healthy food and drinks. While having fever it grows more in size. I visited few dermatologist in the past but results are not long term

I have very deep pigmentary Demarcation lines on arms on both the hands. It looks very discoloration on hands. Please help how to reduce this discoloration.

I recently did some lifestyle change in my diet but i am getting so much of acne in my whole face. Sometimes painful one and sometimes just small zits. I have increased my protein (taking plant protein) and reduced outside food. How to reduce these acne flare up?

My spouse is aged 25 years, female  is having Vitamin D deficiency of levels 5 and having excessive hair fall suddenly for last 1 month and low hemoglobin as well. Is there any link between Vitamin D and hair loss. If yes, what is the treatment and medicines to be taken? Can she have regrowth of all the lost hairs. Thanks

Is this a bald spot and the beginning of male pattern baldness? I found it today because someone pointed it out , I am a 27 year old man. I hadn't noticed it before.
