I am having dark patches on cheek sides of my  face i.e., how can I reduce it suggest some solution. Earlier I have used one cream but don't remember

I have had severe eczema since 8 years old. I'm 23 now. It did get better around 2021-2022 but over the last year it has gotten severe again. The marks/wounds are too prominent and is spreading. What treatment should I opt for? Please note that I don't have any allergies of sorts and as far as I know, there are no trigger foods either.

I have been facing consistent acne since childhood. But from the last one year it is way more severe now.
