As a part of her daily skincare, she used an ice roller over her forehead and cheek. But after sometime, her head started aching severely due to sinusitis . As a remedy for this, she googled and found out that a heat compression would help. The headache subsided but immediately after applying the heat compress, her both cheeks as well as the forehead all turned red and started itching severely. She didnt apply any medicine other than tap water and aloe vera gel(which created a rather stinging sensation). Now its been around 1 days, and the redness and itching have subsided a little bit,but still there and some part of the face, specially the forehead area and cheeks seem a bit tanned. What should she do to get rid of the redness, itching and tanning?
