My face looks darker than rest of the body. My vitamin d levels are 126.60 nmol/l, vitamin b12 levels are 348.30 pg/ml and TSH 6.78. Do I need to take any medications?

Recently I did regular blood checkup in that I have b12 deficiency (122 pg/ml) and vitamin D deficiency (6.60ng/ml) so I have been prescribed with 5 b12 injections on alternate days (which I took) and then B12 tablets for 2 months daily. Vitamin D3 one small liquid solution of 60k IU weekly for 2 months After taking B12  injections and since I started taking Vitamin B12 tablets lot of pimples are appearing on face is it because of b12 supplement? If yes should I take b12 on alternate days instead of daily? 1 tablet contains 1500 mcg methylcobalamin, 100 mg alpha lipoic acid, 3 mg pyridoxine hcl, 1.5 mg folic acid, 1000 IU vitamin D3

Hello, im suffering from Male pattern baldness from some years and currently i started taking finasteride 1 mg, can u suggest me for how many months should i take it and should i take it daily?

I have open pores some kind of small digs and white skin color acne and marks i need to clear my face completely is it possible with medicine's treatment or laser would be good although problem not very big

Why i am having little patches in my eyebrows bottom as i can see there are no hairs , is it alopecia? How to treat this patches? Will my eyebrows go bald? Please see below attachment .
