Recurring skin rash due to hot weather had citrizine but it goes for sometime, what is the permanent solution for it? Which medicine , lotion or cream would work, kindly suggest!

I have had severe eczema since 8 years old. I'm 23 now. It did get better around 2021-2022 but over the last year it has gotten severe again. The marks/wounds are too prominent and is spreading. What treatment should I opt for? Please note that I don't have any allergies of sorts and as far as I know, there are no trigger foods either.

I have been facing consistent acne since childhood. But from the last one year it is way more severe now. I am currently using the derma salicylic acid face wash, the derma salicylic acid acne toner after reading a lot of online reviews.
