White hair and beard
I am 30 and my hair is completely white and since 2021 my beard has also started getting white. What should I do? Any suggestions please.

Pre mature greeting of hair is very common and usually has a strong genetic association.
What’s already grey cannot be reversed. But the progression of the remaining hair turning grey can be slowed down. They are few topical solutions and oral medication, but before starting those, you will need a doctor consultation.
Keep in mind the result for these medication is 10 to 20%. Do not keep very high hopes.
