My baby has got a small second degree burn on her hand .Is there any cream to remove the burn marks on her hand .the area surrounding the burn appears to be dark now

About 10 days ago I got itchy feeling on my left hand , and now I have this condition on my right as well. Left hand has more infection , right hand it has just started. I don't know what kind of infection it is. But it looks like dandruff and my skin has turned red. Please advise. What are the dos and donts. I will reach India only after 10 days , I don't want the infection to spread further. How do I tell if the infection is bacterial, fungal or viral ?

I have been taking finasteride from 3 years and using minoxidil from 2 months and also had two sessions of prp. But still having severe hair fall. I have regular and normal periods. I had severe acne since my teenage.  I was prescribed  birth control pills at 34 age which worked wonders for  me and  I recovered soon and my skin became healthy. But after 5 years I stopped it because  I read in google that birth control pills  are cancerous.  For 2 months I was ok. But later  my jawline ,chin and cheeks got filled with red inflammatory acne. No topical medication is working. Nothing is working. I want to go back to birth control pills but I am scared. Please help
