Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi Doc..my brother is Just 12yr old but he's getting severe acne all over his face and these are so itchy and even leaves dark spots and marks. He says his skin is very oily and more sebum is produced. I told him to use 1% salicylic acid face wash from derma co ..am a med student so I tried to find something for now.. Please suggest few products or routine or medications to cure this doc...are zinc tab useful?

I had chicken pox two weeks ago. First week i had valcyclovir 3g for 7 days. Then next 5 days followed by cefuroxime for dome bacterial infection. Now, that the scabs(black dried skin) have fallen off. Not exactly on the lesions, but the nearby skin which has nothing there is itching since morning. I have had bilastine 20mg, it doesn't work.
