Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

A month ago, i started getting tiny bumps like texture and pus pimples and they are kind of painful. I am getting it majorly on below my cheekbone area and i have never gotten anything like it and now one goes and the other one comes. I don't use skincare with fragrance, milk and sugar doesn't really suit me. And i have no history of any medical issues. Please let me know how i can treat it.

Itchy rashes on both thighs near to private area which spreads. Since 2 months .1 month before consulted and diagnosed as dermatitis and on rx 1.luliconazole for la 2.terbinafine 250mg 1 od for  1 week 3.levocetrizine 1 hs for 1 week But now also it won't get recovered and it spreading to thighs and seen as a black marks with red spots

When i was small my an area of my face got burned because of application of alkaline (chuna) on the wart...that left the area burned swollen with scar which is still there i want to remove that completely can you guide me what to do
