Can you please examine the picture it is an Akeli burn ( chuna) due to application of it over my wart...it the very old burn...can i get normal skin over that region...pls provide me with the detail i am really confused

Today morning after I woke up I see thumb is swollen, red and very painful.. slowly the arm is painful. I have put turmeric, ice pack and pain has reduced. I used melaglow rich for 3 weeks and now using melano tx cream from last 3 weeks ...I feel my face is darkening while using this ...is it true little darkening in starting means these creams are working ? I read that as hyperpigmentation is pulled out to top layer that's why dace appear dark...should I continue or stop .
