Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have active acnes and acne scars.. Right now I am taking medicine which is tretinol but how I can prevent them to happen.. I have oily skin and I use water based products and sunscreen I don't eat lot of junk...what else I can change in my diet or lifestyle ?

Know a days my skin looking very dull u need clear n glass white skin... give me a solution for this or can I use kozicare soap...pls tell me and usually iam diabetic patients I got last year diabetics... soo I loos my 50% hair I tried many home remedies but I can't grow my hair like earlier.. soo give some suggestions
