Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi dr, I am facing one issue all most many years. I get sudden red patch between my eyebrow all of sudden and it disappear after 24-48hr. No itchinh, no burning..no other symtoms I only notice when i go in front of mirror for any work. It have been happening since 2 3 years. I am 98kh g weight with prediabatic condition My cholesterol is boarder line I am not sure if this red patch is iteself some medical condition or symtoms of some internal medical issue.
