Is facial shaving is safe for women? For facial hair facial shaving or waxing which method should be use?

My daughter has skin allergy in leg and hand. Now we are using cetrozene, rentoc and prednisolene. But still it is not reduced. Could you please help us. Here with I have attached the photo of the skin allregy

Pls help a dark brown patch on my eyelids and under the eye. It's is very visible to others. It comes within last 4 months. My lipase is around 90 and post prandial blood sugar is around 180.
