Hi, I have a rash under my breast due to the heat and sweat .Please suggest a good cream for this skin rash.

Having these splinter hammorages on different nails which comes & go.. feel dizziness when walk, heart palaption. Having hurt murmur as well for which i done echo two times and report comes normal. What is the reson of these splinter hammorage & dizziness & one more thing having red rahes on body as well picture Attached for reference

It's spreading on various parts now. The most effected is right inner thigh and lower abdomen, back and sides of neck , both underarms, both elbows

I had visited Vietnam last year. After coming back i development a oval small swelling on my stomach. I googled it which suggested mollusca contagiosa. It was not troublesome.
